Hi Mark,
I only know this song from the video "Legends of Traditional Fingerstyle
Guitar". It's a collection of film clips of various guitarists including
Merle Travis, Sam & Kirk Mcgee, Elizabeth Cotten, Mance Lipscomb and
others. It's available from the Stefan Grossman site:

I am unaware of this song appearing on CD anywhere.

Guy Davis performs a very nice arrangement of Run, Sinner, Run on his
Call Down the Thunder on Red House Records. His version of the lyrics
are printed on the cover slip. They are:
