Message Number: 113

My father was Jack LeSoir. He played the banjo in a band which starred in Steeplechase Park in Coney Island,NY...He also wrote many songs. One of them (to my surprise) is still being recorded. "Make my cot where the cot cot cotton grows" was recorded by R> Crumb and his Cheap Suit Serananders in 1993.....
I have many other of his songs on original 78 records.
Singapore Sorrows
On a Little Balcony in Spain
I had to lose you to learn you were meant for me

If anyone knows anyone who might be interested in re-releasing these
songs .....Please let me know..
