Has any one read Paul Oliver's book "Conversation With the Blues"? I
read in "Blues and Rythm" magazine that it's back in print after 35
years. Apparently there are conversations with Sam Chatmon, Mance
Lipscomb and others.

Yes, it has been updated and also has accompanying CD. Published price
is $49 but the online Amazon.com have it on pre-publication special
offer.

It was originally published in mid 60s following Oliver's 1960 trip to
Mississippi, Texas, Chicago etc. Has many ground breaking interviews
including those mentioned.

Will make an excellent Christmas gift!
